Returns Policy

Your business is very important to us and we want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason your order is not as expected, you may return or exchange within 7 days of purchase. However we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been worn or damaged. Goods for return must be packaged in the same way that they were received with labels attached.
If you are unhappy with your order, please email us as soon as possible (within two days of receipt of order).
The parcel must be shipped by a traceable method (post or courier) to guarantee safe return and refund of item.

There is no return on bespoke pieces/custom orders as these pieces have been made specially for you.

Sale pieces are non refundable but an exchange or credit note is available, if returned in same condition as they were purchased.

Shipping and tracking

Shipping costs for return of an item will be your responsibility. Any goods lost in transit that you are returning to us will also be your responsibility.

We offer free worldwide shipping on orders over 100 euro.

Tracking post with An Post will be used for delivery within Ireland or it can be arranged to collect from studio if suitable.

Delivery to EU and UK: please allow 5 days

Delivery to USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand: please allow 10-12 days

Taxes and custom duties are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please note that if you refuse a package on delivery you will be liable for all shipping costs.

Customers who return their orders for a refund are responsible themselves for retrieving the charges for taxes and duties.
